TripleFast Middle East Ltd is seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Engineer to join our manufacturing team. This role is critical in optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our operations, time study and ergonomic work conditions

Job responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve manufacturing workflows, layouts, and production systems.
- Review time setting in ERP and update when necessary
- Look at opportunities for automation, optimization of workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, and Maintenance.
- Develop and maintain time studies, machine set up times, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Support process changes.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations including Carbon reduction and sustainability initiatives.
- Initiate quality prevention in collaboration with our Quality function

Required experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics or related field.
- Experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization.
- Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing analytics tools.
- ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in data entry software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office and Excel.
