TripleFast Middle East Ltd is seeking skilled and motivated Cutting/Bandsaw Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team.

TripleFast Middle East is part of the LoneStar Group of companies, who are market leaders in the manufacture and supply of specialist bolting solutions, machined components, gaskets and seals to the world’s energy markets and heavy engineering industries.

 Job responsibilities:

Under the direction of the Cutting Machine Workshop Supervisor, is responsible for the precision cutting of metal bars.

•    To operate machinery based on authorization by Supervisor/Managers including material loading and unloading.

•    To manufacture products as per job card requirement

•    To pick/use of quality materials required for the job.

•    To arrange to get the necessary quality clearance before proceeding with job completion.

•    To conduct basic maintenance check and band saw checking prior operation.

Requirements

•    Minimum of 1or 2 years of related experience in a Machine shop.

•    Ability to pass a basic reading, math, measurement, parts matching and counting test.

•    Ability to read, understand, interpret and follow detailed work instructions and manufacturing specifications.

•    Ability to use multiple measurement tools (OD micrometers, Calipers)

•    Must be able to work a shift schedule and overtime as needed, including weekends.

•    Trade Certificate or Diploma.
