TripleFast Middle East Ltd is seeking skilled and motivated CNC Machinists to join our manufacturing team.

Job responsibilities:

Under the direction of the Machine Shop Manager, is responsible for the manufacture and production of quality parts on time produced by CNC Lathe and Milling machines.

•    Generating G Code program for required parts and proof checking before execution

•    CADCAM Operation and simulation

•    Producing quality parts and determining the sequence of shaping operations and chooses the, speeds, feeds and cutting tools needed. Analyses job orders, drawings, and other data and performs all the necessary calculations.  Writes the programs or modifies existing programs. Ensure that the machines and programs operate correctly and that products meet specifications

Responsible for writing and checking G Code Programs, EdgeCam software operation, loading / unloading parts, proving programs, operating controls, setting offsets, edits, and inspection of quality parts for conformance to requirements. Studies and interprets drawings, specifications or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces, sequence of operations and setup requirements.

•    Detect machine malfunctions or out of tolerance machining and adjust the machines, within capabilities as required to insure quality of production. Report all machine malfunctions to supervisor immediately.

•    Operate a lifting device for movement of large or heavy parts. Communicates with Supervisor, Production Control, Quality and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve machining or Quality issues.

•    Responsible for keeping equipment and work area clean, tidy and orderly. Perform basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment. Monitoring of tools, tooling, holders and coolants to ensure adequate stock levels and re order as necessary through the Supervisor. 

Requirements

• Minimum of 1or 2 years of related experience and/or training on CNC setup and operation. Required program editing, setup and operation of CNC machines for precision parts with experience on Fanuc controls a plus.
• Ability to pass a basic reading, math, measurement, parts matching and counting test.
• Able to read, understand, interpret and follow detailed work instructions and manufacturing specifications.
• Ability to use multiple measurement tools (OD micrometers, Calipers)
• Must be able to work a shift schedule and overtime as needed, including weekends.
• High School ITI or Diploma; Associate degree preferred.
