TripleFast Middle East Ltd is searching for an experienced QHSE Manager to join its start-up operations in Qatar. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is detail orientated and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be one of the management team setting up our new facility in Doha, Qatar.
TripleFast Middle East is part of the LoneStar Group of companies, who are market leaders in the manufacture and supply of specialist bolting solutions, machined components, gaskets and seals to the world’s energy markets and heavy engineering industries.
Job responsibilities:
- Creation, audit, revision, reporting and maintenance of the Company’s ISO 9001:2015 – certified Quality Management System, including its procedures, policies, forms
- Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems pertaining to the QA/QC.
- Manage and maintain the Company’s quality inspection and product release programs
- Effectively interact with other departments as needed to maintain quality product supply and resolve problems concerning quality, delivery and cost.
- Follows through Corrective and Preventive Actions for Non-Conformances. Liaising with customers for non-conformance issues and the execution of corrective action
- Implementing and maintaining HSE Management System in line with the company policies and relevant HSE compliance obligations.
- Conduct inspection and monitoring of the work areas to ensure that all HSE procedures, safe work practices and control measure are being followed.
- Lead regular HSE trainings, tool box talks and emergency drills to all work personnel;
- Assist in conducting internal audits, HSE trainings, incident investigations, and in following up and verification of corrective actions implementation.
- Promotes and manages all ESG related issues
Required competencies:
- Work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Review and interpret technical specifications for the Oil & Gas industry
- Knowledge of QMS and international codes and standards.

Required experience and qualifications:
- ISO 9001 – Lead Auditor
- Experience of QMS/Quality Control in a precision manufacturing industry
- Certified as ASNT NDT Level II
- Degree/Diploma
- NEBOSH
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
